This policy covers NextGen Event Services (“NextGen,” “we,” “us”), this website, and the text messages and emails we send to our employees, applicants and customers.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address and company, for example through our contact form, a job application or your employee profile.
- Information employees and applicants provide for hiring and employment, such as work history and the details needed for payroll and safety records.
- Your consent to receive text messages, including when and how you gave it.
- Basic technical information when you visit this site, such as browser type and pages viewed.
How we use it
- To respond to requests, quote and deliver work, and run our business.
- To hire, schedule, pay and keep our crews safe, including sending work-related text messages to employees who opted in (see Text messages below).
- To meet legal, safety and record-keeping requirements.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages from NextGen, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described on our text message program page.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We share a mobile number only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS provider), and only so they can send them.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that work for us (for example email, text messaging, payroll and HR systems, and website hosting), with customers when needed to staff or access their job sites, and when the law requires it.
How we protect it
Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it for their work, and our systems use encrypted connections and sign-in controls.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or stop text messages, by contacting us below. Employees can also update their details in their employee profile.
