Text message program

• Program: NextGen Event Services Employee Alerts.
• What we send: work-related messages to NextGen employees who opt in: schedules and job assignments, job and site updates, safety notices and training reminders, and account and sign-in links. No marketing.
• How you join: by checking the text message consent box on your NextGen employee profile. See the text message program page for the exact wording.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your schedule and jobs.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no more messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP, email info@nextgengroupus.com or call 877-647-6937.
• Not a condition of employment: agreeing to texts is never required to work for NextGen.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limits
